Although we try to provide you with enough information to make the right choice, we offer the possibility to return a product.

On this page we've collected all neccesary information to help you with your returns.


Changing your product 
If you would like to change your product, please see the information below:

  • You have to return the product within 14 days, the shipping costs are for your own account.
  • Products can only be returned if they are not used, undamaged and in original packaging.
  • The labels and tags should still be attached to the clothing.
  • Products that are dirty or have a stain, can not be returned.

Do you want to return a product and have a refund? Please see the information below:

  • You have to return the product within 14 days, the shipping costs are for your own account.

  • You'll receive a refund within 14 days after you've returned the products. You'll also receive a refund of shipping costs (if you've paid for shipping). The shipping costs for the return are not refunded.

Damaged or wrong product received?
We try our best to deliver the products to you in the right way. However it can happen that something goes wrong, then please follow this steps:


  • Please inform us within 48 hours after delivery that you've received a wrong product or a damaged product. Please let our Customer Service (mail/telephone) know what the problem is with your order so that we can help you solve this.
